A quick sample of a menu setup follows.

First, you enter your inventory. There can be up to 4 taxes collected on each inventory item; the form will self-adjust as you add or remove types of taxes.

A menu is then created by dragging and dropping from an inventory list onto the menu grid. “Down Level” keys are created here and dragged and dropped to their proper location on the grid.
